Conditioning

400m x 5 (Work : Rest Ratio 1:2)

    Seated MU with legs propped on box - 5 x 5;
    Strict pull ups (chin over bar): 10 sets AMRAP;
    Handstand Hold: 1.29.

    Still a looooong way to go...

    Shoulder Press

    Had to do a mutant set halfway thorugh as I didn't want to get in the way of the others doing OHS.

    5 x 3 (1min rest btw sets) @131#

    5 x 3 Dumbell Should Press (no idea what weight it is)

    Tricep band work 3 x 15

    Deadlift x 3 x 3: 300# x 3

    Glute Ham Raise 2 Sets: 20 reps (45#)

    AMRAP Abs (Pick 2 Abs Exercise) 2 Sets AMRAP: 2 sets of Ab Wheel x 10 chest to ground, GHD bottom range x 25 reps (last set did 10 + oblique side-to-side work)

    My abs are so weak, need some serious work, fading in the last few reps of all the ab stuff :S.

  8. Alex I believe the Games standard is only below Clavicle but I would say aim for nipple line or sternum just in case they raise the standards this year.........
